Go into the fungus forest (the side south of the river). Follow it all the way to the east,
then go 2 rooms south and you will see a tree in the room description. Type GO PATH here. This
leads you into the serpentskin village. Go through the village and follow the map through the
crystal caves (east of the village). This will lead into the dreary village. Go east until you
see the gates to the fortress. There are 2 ways to get in: (1) You can search south at the gate
to find a room with the lever to open the gate (just inside the gate is an arrow trap that hits
you for about 60 damage. If you can't disarm it you might want to try the other way), or (2) go
SE through the Kher fields to go in the back way (the kher fields are north and south of the E-W
dirt road - the exits into the fields dont shop up, just go N or S and you'll be in them). In
the SE corner of the fields is a small path. Follow this to the end and PUSH BRICK at the dead
end. This will open a secret passage into the fortress.
